We wanted to share with you the inspiration we got from the healing power of nature with our breakfast service. We serve a light but satisfying and delicious breakfast with natural products. We try to supply breakfast products directly from the producer, from the region where they are produced, such as various villages of Sakarya, Balıkesir, Marmara Island, Kars, Aydın, Hatay, Uşak, Kaş. During the summer, we prepare various jams, tomato paste, tomato juice and iced sherbets in-house and serve them to our guests' tastes throughout the year.

In addition to the naturalness and taste of the food in the breakfast service, we take care that the presentation we make is pleasing to our guests.

We prefer to serve in handcrafted copper products that we choose carefully or 'as an Iznik Tile artist' tile pots and pans products. By appealing to our guests' eyes, the original materials and colors used add flavour to our breakfast. In other words, the olive wood serving plate becomes the "hidden flavour" of our handicraft breakfasts, which the craftsmen reflect with their handcrafted craftsmanship in copper and tile products.
